Will Ehud Olmert be charged for war crimes or will history repeat itself.?

Ariel Sharon was charged in 2001 for his involvement in the Massacre in the Sabra and Shatila camps were up to 3500 women and children were murdered ( all the men had already been taken out of the camps and moved to Tunisia) but before the trial has started the 3 main witnesses were all assassinated . Convenient yes ? I have already asked this question on current events with no sensible replies.
