...eat whatever food in was in? My dad is making this chicken casserole and it looks so good... but we found earlier this year that I am allergic to milk. He said I may be able to eat this because cooking it will 'denature' it. Doing a quick Google search I found the exact proteins I am allergic to are; Whey and casein.

But it only 'denatures' it but it is still there. So I don't know if I can eat it or not. The product that had milk in it was this creamy sauce stuff that had 2% butter in it.
 
No, you can't. Boiling milk can make it worse.

And in any case, you can't heat it higher in temperature than boiling, which is 212°F. Even boiling it will make it curdle and break down into an unappetizing mess. âˆ*°)
