If I run a lot, and then bike afterwards for some more cardio, will my legs become tone, long and slim? I feel like they would but my legs feel a little heaver /bigger after the biking. I do have some fat around it still so if I keep going and it burns off will it eventually look good? Also I have a problem I want my legs to tone and thin but my butt needs MUSCLE, its not in shape at all, so that is partly why I am biking, does biking help my butt muscles? (Glutes) Because I don't want to do squats or lunges because they make my quads look HUGE. How can I get both; nice bubble butt, thin toned legs, not huge quads with big butt. Ahhh.. help, thanks for any answers in advance.
