I had bought a bike today for 60 $ pretty cheap for a bike, I am planning on to never take the Bus even for far places and just bike there most of my trips are 25 mins, but the major one is work 1 hour bike riding so in total a day I ride my bike 1 hr and 50 mins , Will I be burning alot of calories and yes it includes major hills, how many calories will i be burning and will i lose more then 20 lbs in 3-5 months or how much do you think I will least lose?
