Hi, I'm a 14 year old girl that is 5'5 & 145 pounds. I'm 25 pounds over weight & i'd like to lose that extra weight. Can biking & elliptical help me lose? If I cut down on the soda, & other fatty foods and junk.. can you predict how much I'll lose about? & how long do i need to do these excersises? well i appreciatte you reading! <3 - and i want to lose this in 2 months if not 3.
