I have had my iphone for 1 1/2 years now and my warranty ended like 70-90 days ago. It is an iphone 3g running on 4.2.1 (just upgraded) idk if its the firmware or what but my phone keeps freezing. Once it froze on boot up screen(apple logo) and right now it is frozen on the password screen. when it was on boot up screen it resolved itself after an hour or so. There was a time when it got stuck on the boot up screen again and i had to take it to apple after like 4 hours. To say the least, Im pissed at this phone apple and att. When all this is settled or if it gets settled i plan to downgrade the firmware and unlock it an say bye bye to att. But yeah back to the main question will they give me a new iphone(like same version[3g] just a new one) if i complain about this cuz im pretty tired of it. also if u know whats goin on with the whole screen freezing thing that b great to know how to fix it. iv tried restoring it about 10 times works for a day pretty good then whata u no...its back to suckin.
