will att let me continue my unlimited date plan?

my family is all under one family plan bill. my brother dad and i all have iphones. someone stole my iphone and therefore i think my mom stopped paying for the data plan until i get a new phone. however my bro and dad are still under the unlimited plan
im getting my phone sometime this week. will att let me get my unlimited data plan back or will they try and buttf*uck me?
if tehy dont let me, is there any way i can cancel my service without having to pay an early termination fee?
 
You really have no need to worry. If your mom cancelled the unlimited plan then there's a good chance ATT will screw you out of the unlimited but don't freak out... There's almost no way, at all, that you use 2BG a month of data. That's what their largest $25 data plan allows you to have. I use a lot of data myself, and I streamed Pandora for about two or three hours the other day... and in a week I used 250MB, which equals just under 1GB of data per month.

AT&T's lame new plan actually will end up saving you $5 a month and there's almost no way you'll go over the limit. Don't cancel, don't change plans, just get a new iPhone (if that was what you were going for, I know I love mine) and give it a try. You can cancel a month after you buy the new one if it doesn't work out for ya. I think it should be just fine though.
