Yes but not perfectly smooth. Try the 3650 or the the 3850 they don't cost much and you'll probably just have to put it in. The 3850 can play most of the recent games but it is a year or 2 old.
 
The GPU is good enough ; but it needs more acceleration as would be found from a desktop. I do not think you should spend the money on the game and be disappointed. Laptops that play games are Very, very! specialized and expensive. Internet is cool that is all I do with this computer I am on since the Anti-Virus I use(Trend Micro) does not allow me to play games.
