If my itouch 32g is still under warranty and I was the one who dropped it and messed up the headphone jack (only plays out of one ear and its not a headphone problem) will they still replace my headphone jack or will I have to pay?

Thank you guys for any help You could give me XD

It depends on how the apple guy feels on that day, they don't have to replace it but if he is feeling nice that day he might. Unless you have a warranty that covers drops, then they will no questions asked.

I love apple customer service, one of the best. Like any warranty it's called limited for a reason, if u drop it,its not covered and that is a standard for all warranties. That said, since its apple they are pretty good at replacing things if u say that the earplug in the itouch is not connecting properly then they might replace it. I have ipod classic and I used an adapter in the serial port of the ipod and did something to the connection, i phoned apple customer service and they got me to send back the ipod and was replaced with another one. I would also considered the're extend warranty, I hate the extended warranties but apple is one of those "exception to the rule" and got one covers the cost. You can get the extended warranty at any time before the end of the present one. It's not cheap be but is worth it. :)
