I got my iPod touch probably about the end of January. It fell out my pocket and dropped and I have a small crack on my screen. The crack is so small, when I showed it to some of my friends, half of them couldn't even see it and they asked "where, I don't see it"? When I bought my iPod, they asked me if I wanted to buy a 1 year warranty, and they told me that for a whole year, if my iPod got damaged, or stolen or anything like that, they would replace it. I called the Apple store today, and they told me that "it doesn't cover stuff like that". I actually talked to two different people, one person said that I had the one year warranty, and one person said that I did not have one. I'm starting to think that Apple is making stuff up now! I know for a fact that when I bought my iPod touch, they explained to me what the warranty covered, and they specifically said that if if was stolen or damaged that Apple would replace it. I payed and extra 40$ for that warranty. What's going on? Please help!
