Will anything happen if I sync my jailbroken iPhone 3GS with iTunes 10.1.1?

I have an iphone 3GS jailbroken with jailbreakme.com. If I connect my phone to iTunes 10.1.1 will anything happen to my phone or the jailbreak? Thanks in advance
