Will Any One Publish Me?

im 16 atm and i love writing and would be amazing if i could be a published author, i have loads of material...storylines, characters and even the odd alter universe... but non of it is finished..

i was wondering if anyone would hire me with half finished work and support me until its complete? and would my age make me look immature or unhirable?
Did i ask for any comments about my commitment??
This is something i have been working for since i was 7, if thats not commitment then i dont know what is?
its not like its a phase or a trend and that im jumping on a band waggon, i actually am published and have been told im good enough. and as for the "small and cute" comment you can go screw yourself!

what i meant was would any company or organisation take a look at what i have and tell me whether or not i should bother and whether or not i have a chance... i by no means asked for anyone to "carry me" i have managed perfectly well until now and will continue to do so, thankyou!

its only one story but its the most compact one that i have, its almost finished, will keep adding so dont judge it on whats just there at the moment.
 
Finish your work and then try. Publishers don't want to see story lines, and character things...they want to see the work. Once you finish your writing, and have some good solid work to show...then you would have a chance to be published. Good Luck! = )
 
Yes, it would. Without finished, finalised work, you can't expect a free ride anywhere. No one is going to do it for you. And no one is going to sign a 16 year old with no projects. Sorry. I'm not saying it's impossible, just very very unlikely. You're not going to be carried anywhere, and it's probably best if you understand that now.
 
Publishers won't look at any novel that isn't finished. Period.

As for your age, kids much younger than you have been published, but they tend to be extremely gifted. You see, your manuscripts must compete with those of adults. No literary agent or publisher is going to want to deal with you just because you're cute and have written something that's "pretty darn good for a sixteen-year-old." You'll be up against adults who have tons of life experience and have been writing for years. That's why it's so rare for a minor to get published.
