Will an improved GPA in December count for anything once I've applied to med...

...school in November? Most medical schools that I'll be applying for have a deadline of or around November 15th. I'm currently taking two science classes, which I expect to improve my GPA to about 3.4, but I'm wondering if that even matters once I submit my application before those grades come out. My main question is could I immediately forward my December transcripts to the selected medical schools I just applied to in November, and better my chances of acceptance? This is hypothetical, assuming I already have a high MCAT score (will be taking it very soon).

Would they accept the newer transcript at all? Either way, they need to know that I've taken and passed Organic Chem II, which is the final required pre-med course I'm taking, and it would seem like it should be accepted, but I'm not sure. I know I could always reapply for another year, but I'm really hoping I can get it right the first time around. Wishful thinking, but eh, I'm trying.
