Will an Exersize Bike help me loose weight?

If i went on the exersize bike everday for atleast 45 mins, and i started eating alot more fruit and cutting down on sugar will i loose weight?
I want to eventually loose about 60 pounds or more
I also would like to know if i will get toned and loose weight in my thigh area and stomach
 
Yes! any kind of exercise can help you loose weight. Exercise bikes are great for more overweight people that have a hard time with their knees and standing for longer periods of time. It just puts less stress on your joints so it is easier to do. And yea you need to eat veggies too, fruit has a lot of natrual sugars, so only eating fruit isn't good but having a peice of fruit instead of chips for your lunch would be a great addition. I like friut for my breakfast in Oatmeal or Yogurt.
 
Yes, hence the word "exercise" :) More vegetables as well, fruit is high in sugar. Have a balanced diet, don't cut out fatty foods completely, that's unhealthy!
Get a workout dvd, I love Davina's. Start walking instead of getting the bus, car etc.
