WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama's top commander in Afghanistan has told him that without more troops the United States could lose the war that Obama has described as the nation's foremost military priority. The top commander said the war will be lost if more troops are not sent to Afghanistan. "We need 40,000 to 100,000 or more troops" the General said. Maybe up to 400,000 more troops and then maybe we can win. The General said if need be bring back the draft.
