Will a wiring kit that supports up to 4500 Watt be enough for a kicker solox 18, 5000

watt earthquake amp,...? and an additional battery i need help in understanding such as which 0 gauge wire is best. Does it matter if it supports upto how many watts should be compared to the amp. Basically what i am trying to say is if a wiring kit that supports upto 4500 watts will be enough for a earthquake 5000
 
I would not risk it. Your amp may just clip out (or cut out). Or the wire may overheat and cause a short. Just spend the extra cash and get power wire that will handle at least 6000 watts. Then you know you will be good. Better safe than sorry.

A short could cause a fire and burn your car/truck down to the ground.
