Will A Supra Or IS Exhaust Fit On My Lexus?

I have a 2002 lexus Gs 300 and I would like to give it more power. There are tons of aftermarket parts for its engine (2JZ-GE) but all of the parts are advertised for either the Toyota supra or Lexus IS. Will those parts fit on my car?
