Will a Rockford Fosgate t400.2 amp push to much power to a pair of Precision

Power PPI PCX102 Subs? Ihave a Rockford Fosgate t400.2 power series amp and I am getting two Precision Power PPI PCX102 subs. I was wondering if the rockford fosgate amp would blow the two subs from all the power going to the subs from the amp? Or will the subs fry the amp?
