Will a rockford fosgate prime r500-1 power two 10" jlw3v3 4 ohm subs?

Will this be suffecient enough power for my jl's? I can wire them to 2 ohms to take in the whole 500 watts cant I? Im kind of new to car audio so please help. Thank you
