Will a kicker 300.1zx amp run a kicker CVR. the CVR is 2ohm indep?

The CVR is 400rms peak and the amp is 300wattsx1 4 ohm
Btw im not a massive bass freak so i am just looking for something to add a kick to my system while i am traveling
