I've got a great deal on a 2000 Explorer thats in perfect shape inside and out. The guy I'm buying it from says the motor's seized up, (says the oil pump went out and he drove it anyway), so I was wondering if anyone had any experience with swapping these motors or something like it. I'm fairly versed in mechanical stuff, though I can't say I really like it unless it's doing something fun, like adding more horsepower. What should I look for? Thanks in advance.
