Will a court give an intervention order for no reason just because a person wants one?

Does there need to be a valid reason or can anyone get an intervention order against another person for the sake of it?
I am overseas ath the moment and have no idea about any heaing. The reasons for the order are complete lies which I can prove. Having no idea about the hearing and not being in the country what can I do?
