Will a Buick `66 -340Cu.In. Engine bolt up to my `74 regal 350 turbo trani?

Will I loose HP by swapping out the `74 350 Cu. In. for the `66 340, Where can I find this info? I also found a 430 Big Block Wild Cat,complete from a `66 Riviera,for $600 , Will it bolt up to `74 Regal?
 
The small blocks should bolt up fine to the trans. I am pretty sure you will loose a little horse power when swapping to a smaller ci engine. But its all how its tuned up. When your putting a big block in, it may be necessary to put the mounts in different places. I had a friend who did that, but it might have been because he had other ideas.... don't ask. I am not sure where you can get this info in literature.
