Will a B18C5 bolt in a 1996 Acura Integra LS?

Well I was planning on doing LS/VTEC, but i have heard that it is alot of work. So I started thinking B18C5, but i need to know if it will match up with the factory LS motor mounts, and will it work with the stock LS transmission?
