Will a 9800GT fit in my Micro-ATX case?

Hey guys!! I've been looking into

I'm wondering if it will fit into my Dell Inspiron 531s Micro-ATX case.

I'm also looking to upgrade my PSU
with http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3860496&CatId=4324

Will somebody tell me if this will work? Thanks!
