Both vehicles are 4cylinder, automatic trucks. The '99 Ranger driveshaft, has alot of play in the yoke end. It will move about a quarter of an inch, inside the back of the tranny.
measure the length of bolth shafts and see if their the same size i would say they will not fit but i could be wrong. i know one off of a 93 ranger will fit but 92 has the older style
