will a 351 fit into a 1985 ford f-150 with a 302 in it?

It isn't a super simple drop in, but is pretty close to it. Minor differences in parts and dimensions is all. Make sure you get the proper oil pan, different between cars and trucks and between 302 and 351. If both are carberated, not enough other differences to worry about. Fuel injected adds another layer on complications

like he said make sure its from a truck for the pan take the motor mounts of the 302 put on the 351 simple, even use your same distributor from the 302, exhaust manifolds are different cause the 351 has a wider v, wider intake.same trans no problem there.only if its the 351 windsor (small block) the 351modified and the 351 cleavland are big blocks totally different animals
