Will a 33x10.5 tire fit without rubs on a 03 Jeep Sahara?

03 Jeep Sahara has 3" lift and I'd like to go with a 33" or 285/75/R16 tire. I work pipeline and highway construction and need to get out of the Missouri mud and snow and drive home on the highway. What is a good tire and wheel setup. I have 15" wheels now. What will I need?
Is an offset wheel required? Do I need 16" wheels? What would work well?
It's a 3" suspension lift. I know some guys are running 33x10.5R15 on stock 15x7 wheels on a 98 TJ. Is that alright?
 
33's should work. try the toyo open country mt. awesome tire good price. is the 3"life suspension or body? if it is body no prob if it is suspension prolly need body lift also. if susp lift go with the 31 1050 15 toyo op ctry ht
