Will a 2007 Kawasaki 250R Ninja be fine on the highway?

I've been told that it will have no problem going for a 10 hour day, and i heard that its not made to do that and will not?... how long of trips will the 250 be good for?
it is water cooled.
 
There is a gentleman that rode his Ninja 250 from the West Coast of the United States to the East Coast of the United States in under 50 hours -- including fuel, food, and rest stops. Many have done over 1000 miles in under 24 hours.

People who claim it is not made to and will not are simply uninformed of the facts.
