Yes, any F series from 1980-1996 uses the same cab shell. You will need the entire front clip though, fenders, radiator support, hood, grille, headlamps, and bumper. If you have a U-pull it junkyard nearby I recommend going in and getting every sheet metal part from the cab forward.
It's pretty much a all bolt on deal aside from of course paint. I've done it to trucks and Broncos as old as 1980, and have even used a 1996 cab on an 86 truck.
