Will 18" rims fit on my 02 subaru wrx with out any problems?

I want to know if 18" rims fit on my 02 wrx with out rubbing or any real problems I believe the rims are 18 x 7.5 and have a 5-100 bolt pattern. And also what size tires will go best?
