I was trying to say something earlier but I got cut off for some reason. Anyway, I wish we had more Ed & Blake moments on film/pictures/etc. Those two were totally siblings in a past life.

That's a good one, though, Kem! I liked that she showed up there to support Chuck as well.
 
Season 2 was good for the fact that they supported each other a lot. Serena was concerned for Chuck when he thought he had totally lost Blair.

I loved CS interaction in 2.19.

The main CS moment I can think of from season 3 is in 3.02 is when she goes to Chuck's place with all her stuff and tells him she's not going to Brown. Also, when he shows her his plans and she's all "I'm so proud of you!" on him.

Granted, I haven't watched anything post 3.16 (except for 3.20) so that can be a bit of a problem.
