[Wii Vitrual Console] HELP!

I just downloaded Sonic on the VC. I go to play it and there is no video. There is sound, but no screen. I rebooted the system (red light), and even tried to re-download the game. Still no luck.

WTF is going on here?? anyone else have a problem like this?

check the wii website if not call customer support i wouldnt put up with that shit, i downloaded golden axe just fine yesterday,
