My Wii? I realized it's been on since last night when I got home before but i'm not sure if it auto updates.

what they really need to do is make it so you can store games you paid for on yer sd card.

not me, I was playing wii sports and then I read a thread here that said an update was available. So I did it

I thought wii connect24 didn't auto-download.

Anyways, I've only reconnected connect24 for less than an hour.
