Wii owners

Do you have to move your arm too much? I played a little at nintendo fusion tour, but I wanted to know if there are games you could play just sitting down or lying on the bed... or everything is MOVE MOVE MOVE?

No. You can do pretty much everything without moving beyond what just your wrist is capable of.

Nope. Like jonno said, boxing can be a workout, but thats about it. Even that can be done without much effort, but it's harder ;o I have a bad right shoulder that can't take much stress and it hasn't bothered me at all.
