Wii graphics look better than Xbox1? I think not! v.PICS ***56K DIE***

Nintendo have a shit load more experience than Microsoft in terms of the gaming market, they know what they are doing. They know the Wii is going to make them millions, they have created an incredible console with little cost. They can take my $250, its nothing for the fun this thing produces.

They have made very few mistakes over the course of their decades of service.


No one has said the 360 doesnt have any good games, you're the fanboy here remember? It seems like you're pussyhurt of the sheer size of the Nintendo fanbase. Perhaps you were too young to play any of their consoles at the time.
 
What was wrong with the N64? Home of the greatest game of all time in most charts?

Goldeneye? Smash Brothers? Mario 64? Perfect Dark? Incredible console...Slight lack of games though.

Ill agree with the gamecube though, the only time I was let down by Nintendo.
 
Of course it's not going to be the same, but too many people are more or less inferring that playing the GCN version will suck compared to the Wii version. I don't see how that's possible being that 1) the GCN version isn't out yet, and 2) every past Zelda used a traditional controller and nobody was complaing. So, at the very least I expect to lose nothing playing the GCN version, full well knowing the Wii experience will definitely make it better. Regarding graphics, well, my brother has a Wii and I have a GameCube. I'll do a comparison playing 20 minutes of the Wii version with him, and then I'll slip the GCN version in the slot and play 20 minutes of that.
 
whatever, MS has been supporting PC games for many decades.
Its not like they are new to the scene.
In any case, the N64 was a flop, Cube was a flop, I predict that the Wii will end up as a flop eventually when the initial cool factor of the remote wears off.
Nintendo have fucked up so many times in the past which is why Sony ended up beating their ass to near death with PS1 and PS2.

The Wii is hardly an incredible console you are just fucking hyping it up like a run of the mill nintendo fanboy does.
The controller is innovative and at the moment its selling by the bootload but when people fire up their Wii's they look at what they are playing and even though they may be enjoying their simplistic games they can see they fucking saw the same games 5 years ago on the cube.

So the Xbox has 3mhz faster cpu and the Wii has 10mhz faster gpu.
You are hardly right. Plus Xbox GPU has dual pixel shaders and can render games at 720p and 1080i.
If Wii is more powerful why cant it do that?

You dont have to prove me wrong or right, I already proved myself right because I have looked at every single title releasing on the Wii next year (inhouse developments) and none of them match Xbox.
Basically doesnt matter if you think the Wii is more powerful, the visuals do the talking already.


The Wii is basically an uprated GCN so devs dont need time to 'learn' how to use the system properly.
It uses the same hardware architecture. They already know it from last gen.

Nintendo's fanbase has dwindled over the years if you havent noticed.
Sony has still got the biggest fanbase.
I have owned a NES, SNES, N64 and Cube so I know what nintendo has done and where it has been. Doesnt stop me from saying what I think is the truth.
 
Yep, support was limited and the GC component cables are so hard to come by that Nintendo stopped putting the connector on the the GC later in the product cycle. I just sold my GC component on ebay for more than I could get for the system...
 
The N64 was home to the greatest game of all time and you call it a flop? Sure there werent many games for it but to this day, people still have their N64 ready in their living rooms because there were some incredible games on it. You cant deny that.

Only fuckup in terms of consoles I can recall that Nintendo did was the gamecube (unless you count SNES CD), it picked up near the end of its life though.

Microsoft are very new to the console market. Supporting software is a completely different market which Microsoft excel at.

I agree to some extent. Whilst gameplay is the most important factor in a good game, Nintendo should have at least made a console with "current" graphics. No-one was expecting ground-breaking new graphics but the Xbox is 5 years old and having graphics that barely exceed that is kinda disappointing.
 
Notice ssj won't reveal his age. He doesn't want us to know his mom bought his 360 for him. It's cool man. Some day you'll discover girls (or boys... I don't care) and you'll realize there is more to life than being a 360 fanboy.
 
I just used the launch titles shouldnt that be fair enough?
There isnt no better looking Wii game than DOA3 or Halo or hell even probably Munch's Odyssey and they are all launch titles.
How much more fair do you want me to get?
