Basically the Wii is slightly more powerful than an Xbox in terms of graphics and loading times. Newer technology is being used allowing the CPU+GPU to work together. The architecture is completely different to an Xbox so who knows how "slightly" more powerful it is.
Give the Wii 1 year, its only just come out. Compare an Xbox launch title to a game like Zelda:TP.
