wii will die out after the ps3 starts picking up its exclusives and both the 360 and ps3 get their first round of price drops

By the time the PS3 gets a price drop, the Wii will be half price.

Nintendo can afford to price cut their Wii now. Sony cant afford to do it for years.

Yes, the 360 does not have this. And if PS3 and X360 were going to start out at the same price with the same chances with every developer, I'd surely pick the PS3.

As for now, I'll get a Wii after Christmas, and wait a good while to see who comes out on top between PS3 and X360, and make my selection then.

while $500-600 for an x360 premium or ps3 is a hard pill to swallow.... a $200-300 360core or ps3-20gb can be a big hit

just because a console is dirt cheap doesnt mean that it necesarilly do better

the $150 ps2 and xbox did much better than the $80 gamecube

For starters, new physics engines. Even in the first game to be released Resistance:FOM the phyisics were great and their only gonna get better!
