you know the rock you transport to the frozen lake? After you get iron boots and water bombs, go down into the water and put a waterbomb on the rock. It will explode letting the goron Free. As a thanks, he will give you a bomb bag with 30 bombs.

I didnt see any Guides with this information in it.
