no but does she have a lawyer? if so....well...it's his job to get half especially if right now she has you thinking you will get everything after TWENTY FIVE YEARS together....sometimes when something is too good to be true......it is. watch out.

Ask your attorney, but I think that when you come to an agreement the court will approve it.

Make sure that it is a fair settlement because after 25 years one of you may qualify for alimony. What about the marital assets? Doesn't she want something like the house or the car?
