wife complains about not being pregnant?

ok first some background. my wife has a daughter whom i love to death. she is now 5 yrs old. about 2 years ago we started trying for another child. and no luck so after a year i went and did the test against my will and found out i have a low motility rate. and now for the last while she always nags and complains about not being pregnant yet. we are not Very well off financially and cant really afford all the medical stuff but i cant ever get her to realize that and she just keeps saying i don't want a kid of my own. how do i get her to lay off a little.
 
my husband in the same situation sperm count, really the only thin u can do is just have sex with her, all the time an when she says i dont want to ask her if she wanted another kid shed be tryin.
