Wierd sub noise when turned up.?

My subs are making a wierd noise when I turn them up. My amp is brand new and they are 2 ohm 15" audiobahn subs with a 2000 watt 2 ch amp 2 ohm stable. I have it wired series in the box for the subs and parallel from the box to the amp. I cant figure out why it does it but its like the subs are off beat and wabbaly sounding.
 
make sure they are wired correctly and you dont have positives and negatives mixed up on the terminals.
