Im 14 years old. And when I'm laying down I can feel my heartbeat. And I always have butterflies in my stomach it's on and off. And then my stomach growls and makes squishy noises. And sometimes I feel like theres a gas bubble under my rib cages and I can feel like squishy stuff moving around. What could it be? Please help me, I've been so worried.
