So, I'm buying a house. The lady litterally lives across the road from home, and if the thread title didn't give it away, she's a hippy.

She's awesomely nice, and keeps to her own little world. But, that's where the problem lies.

We can't close on the house before the 15th because Mars is in celestial recession and that's bad juju for contracts or something.

Well, we don't have to fucking worry about the 15th anyways, as I'll be trying to convince her that there isn't some huge conspiracy going on with people and her land title. Yesterday she was worried. Today she was all fine and dandy.

I think she needs meds, which she wouldn't take because they aren't natural.

It's just one of those things that makes you pull out your hair.
 
hippies + money/business + you = You get fucked.

They have no fucking sense... at all. I have a couple friends that are hippies and they can't even sell a dimebag without fucking it up.

It probably IS some retrograde thing. My gramma's an astrologer and always refuses to do any important buying in retrograde, because if you do it then it will fail and you'll be doomed to do it over and over again. Like she once bought a car in retrograde and the fucker needed tons of repairs and that proved her (crazy) theories. XD
 
Yeah, whatever mumbo jumbo you put i behind "Mars is in" that's what's happening till the 16th of October.

But it's pretty much a non-issue at this point unless the worlds align and the stars fall from the heavens and I can magically make a 2+ week red-tape nightmare of a process fit into 1 week.

All the household pests are already used to being "fogged"...

Yeah, you might as well just smile and nod. No one will be able to convince her that astrology=fake and that nothing any of the planets or constellations are doing means jack shit to your day-to-day life unless you possess a telescope and you just want to look at it.
