Why would you ever buy a Dodge Charger?

I would never buy one of the new "Chargers" since Dodges are cheap, unreliable and unsafe and a real Charger doesn't have 4 doors.

The guy I just started dating owns a black Dodge Charger. Are they fast? From what I hear they are expensive too. Why would you buy a Charger instead of say, a Lexus or Audi? Like what are the pros?
