Why would you eat fish but not beef or chicken? and what's the difference?

APART FROM HEALTH REASONS, why do some people eat fish but not chicken or other meats, and why? like, how is it different? Dead animal carcass is dead animal carcass is dead animal carcass...
Yes I know that vegetarians don't eat fish, but that is completely not what I said now is it?

I'm a vegetarian and I don't eat fish or any other type of animal flesh. I have always wondered that myself.

because fish are ugly.
And also because fish dont have a nerve system so they dont feel pain unlike other animals.
