Why would someone with an BS in business benefit from getting an MBA?

I'm about to graduate with my BS in Econ, and, even if I decide to go back for MBA, will get some work experience first.

I was looking at the courses for the MBA programs, and they are basically the same as the classes I just took. How would it help me?
