I'm suing "AN ATTORNEY"
For a small amount- fees & damages for some legal service they didn't complete. Looks like they got a hold of the judge (they know her) & got her to set us for pre-trial. Once the pre-trial was scheduled, they went ahead & decided to sue saying I told people not to do business with them in a "Rip off Report" I filed against them.
1) What could be the reason they pushed for pre-trial? Are they trying to make it look more of an agreement than a loss?
2) Why would they decide to sue me right after we got scheduled? Are they trying to get a little on the offensive so they can get some kinda agreement or look better in front of the judge?
3) Do they have the right to sue me over a rip off report? Don't I have the legal right to file such a CONSUMER report?
Thanks!
