Ok so my husbands so called son's mother did a paternity test using my father n law, she called my father saying that the test came back and was 99.99% of his bloodline...?...? ok where station n japan and my husband is always gone on deployments but anywho when we asked her for the test results she wouldn't send it to us.. so when we called the court house they had no record of a dna test being done... My husband is soo insure about it because shes being so sneaky about things she goes to the court and lie about my husband not paying her even though we give her more what the court say to give her..she have 2 kids but dont have the other father on child support but yea Im like if a guy was saying he's not the father wouldnt you send him the results and show him whats up... But thats not the top of it some guy that she was messing with at the time told my husband thanks for taking care of my son while i was lock'd up..And she emailed my husband saying that the guy doesnt even come see her son and send time with him im like if my husband is the father why bring up another man ...
Any advise should we just go back stateside and do this

First things first....
A paternity test done using your husbands father is not valid.
The only LEGAL dna testing that stands up in court is one done with the child and the alleged father.
Since you are in the military, you have the advantage of a whole bunch of legal experts that assist military members with this type of problem.

1. I would STOP paying any child support until a DNA test is done at a VA medical facility.
(this can be done even if you are in Japan and the baby is in the US because it is the dna results that will be the proof)
2. I would get an attorney thru the VA that is a JAG (judge advocate general) they are the best attorneys for military personel...talk to your hubbys CO (commanding officer) or the Chaplin if your husband is deployed. They can and will help you and your hubby.

IF the woman did do a paternity/dna test using your father in law...HE should have a copy of the results. He is legally entitled to it.
He should be able to provide it to your hubby.
