Why would i get a sharp burning pain down the whole right side of my body?

I got a sharp yet kinda dull pain and a feeling of heat down the right side of my body today- it made my arm feel weak and heavy and my eye feel very heavy... it lasted for about a minute but i could still feel the weight it left on my arm and my eye. i felt it in the back of my head, my neck,my face, shoulder, arm, hip, leg and foot.but only the right side... is this serious?
